  • Cardio for Fat Burning – If you want to burn fat fast, you need to concentrate on doing a lot of cardiovascular exercises at least in the beginning when you are first starting out. You want to make sure you do not overdo it, of course, but cardio is a great way to shed the pounds quickly.
  • Take the Stairs – Another little thing you can do to burn a few more calories is to take the stairs as often as possible. When you do this as opposed to an elevator or escalator, you are going to be able to burn more calories and lose more weight.
